B-RAD Select 1000-2 is almost identical to the B-RAD Select 1000 except the rpm and the weight of the tool itself. The 1000 has an rpm of 10.5 and a weigt of 7.8 lbs, the 1000-2 however has an rpm of 71 and a slight increase in weight to 9.4lbs. These increases may make you think that it's going to diminish the other features but thats not the RAD way. This tool still has just as much power, just as much battery, and just as much accuracy if not more!
